• For me, I get VHF and a few UHF. You will have to check online for your local area to see what you get and what kind of antenna you need. I did a lot of research online first, but the gentleman at Best Buy was also very helpful. Here's a link that can show you what channels you can get in your area: https://www.tablotv.com/tools/
