You can use the Lavalier GO with an iPhone, but be aware you will need two adapters. You will need an Apple Lightning to 3.5mm headphone adapter (to give a 3.5mm connection to match the microphone), and you will also need a RØDE SC4 adapter cable to convert the TRS output of the Lavalier GO to the TRRS format of the phone. If using chained adapters like this is unwieldy; there are two other options. The RØDE SmartLAV+ is a high-quality lavalier microphone that has a TRRS output, so although you still need the Lightning to 3.5mm adapter, you no longer need the SC4. Or an even better solution in terms of quality and flexibility is the RØDE AI-Micro. This is a versatile interface you can connect to your phone directly that will give you dual microphone inputs for any lavalier, as well as a high-quality headphone output.
