A:AnswerHi Rohan – That particular vehicle is one we’d want to have you speak with an Autotech about before giving you an estimate. Please reach out to your local store to go over the details so we can provide you the most accurate assessment possible.
A:AnswerHi freeman – The base cost on the labor would be $129.99 for a backup camera install, though additional parts or labor may be needed depending on your vehicle. Please call or visit your local Best Buy to speak with an Autotech for an estimate for your install.
A:AnswerHi Mrsj – Pricing can vary depending on the trim of your vehicle and the exact hardware being installed. I suggest reaching out to an Autotech in your local store to go over the installation options and to get an estimate on the price.
A:AnswerHello CorollaOwner – The Autotech performing the install will want to go over all of your options with you personally before providing a quote, as prices can vary depending on the vehicle’s trim and what add-ons are already installed. Please reach out to your local store to discuss pricing, as well as which camera would best work for your particular needs.
A:AnswerHi Rusty – It doesn’t look like a solution exists to get a backup camera installed to work with your factory GPS screen. I’d suggest calling or visiting your local Best Buy to speak with an Autotech to go over your options for getting a backup camera working in your vehicle.
A:AnswerAny car or suv can have one. Flush mount in bumper might cost extra if it would be difficult to install. My flush mount was no extra. Or above your license plate.
A:AnswerHi rusty – At this time there do not appear to be any options for getting that working without an aftermarket radio installed as well. I’d suggest visiting your local Best Buy and working with an Autotech there to see what the best solution is for getting a backup camera installed in your vehicle.
A:AnswerHi, tennisace. Thanks for reaching out! Below, you'll find a listing of the cameras that we currently offer. The installation service charge of $129.99 is intended to cover installation of those aftermarket cameras (if compatible). For an exact-fit OEM replacement camera, I would suggest looking into availability with your local Ford dealership, as we unfortunately don't offer original equipment parts.

A:AnswerHello DisplayScreen-
Having the opportunity to work as an Autotech for just under 10 years, I could still count on a single hand an instance where I refused to install something a customer was wanting. With that said, all service industries will have installers of all experience levels, and I would highly recommend speaking with your local Autotech to see if they're willing/capable of installing the backup camera that you've found.
Best of luck!
A:AnswerI just called the Best Buy in my area (Dedham, MA) and the tech I spoke to said he has never done a BMW (or Audi) and didn't want to touch it. So, I"d call first and speak with the tech directly.
A:AnswerI Installed the camera that mounts to the license plate on my Hummer 2. Wiring was followed through with the tag light. Best Buy did a fantastic job installing the camera......
A:AnswerYou can buy the backup camera anywhere and any camera should work fine on your Ford Escape,I bought mine at Best Buy with the radio pioneer avh 4201nex camera model bd-bc8 .
