Apparently someone removed them of the box, as I have bought 3 extra batteries and they included the cord and plug

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I agree that the picture is misleading. However, a USB fob and cord would not help. You need a charger if you want a spare battery. I recommend the Wasserstein charger, which comes with a higher-current USB fob. The Arlo charger does not have a power source, and presumes you will use the USB FOB that came with your cameras.
