“We have a Sony Smart TV and a Harmony Ultimate One or Harmony Touch. It worked fine until a week ago - now it's locked up. We put it on the charger to be sure it was fully charged-it is. Says swipe to unlock-it won't. Can't see settings. Can it be fixed?”

Yes, but you will probably have to call Geek Squad. Thats what I did. They can fix it and will tell you what caused it so you can fix next time. Harmony will not work if there is an update needed. Usually gives you the option on the screen. If you do not do it promptly it will shut down.

Call Harmony Support at 1 866-291-1505 and click on prompt #4. They should be able to help you. I just had a problem with my 650 and they fixed everything for me. I hope this is very helpful!

I have a smart TV 4K. I use the logic-tech harrmony remote and have no problems. My remote works with two double A batteries.
