• This is not intended to charge a vehicle battery. It is intended to charge devices that charge via a USB charger. It is 5 VOLTS, not five watts (as per your question). That is the standard voltage for all USB powered devices. It provides 21 WATTS at 4.2 amps. With two USB-A out-ports, you can charge two phones simultaneously at 2.1 amps each, provided you have sufficient sunlight to power the solar panel. That’s what it has the power tO charge.
