Q: What does it have the power too charge then since it's only 5 watts then??
A: These are some devices I have charged.....Cell phones, Bluetooth speakers, power banks, playStation controllers, Nintendo switch, Apple Watch. Works as advertised.
A: If you want the specifications, they can be found under the section called “Specifications”. Who would have thought? Here ARE the specifications, specified: Voltage = 5 volts. Wattage = 21 watts. Current = 4.2 amps. There are two USB type A outputs. I have no idea what “open and short circuit voltage and current” is. Good luck.
Q: Can this charge a vehicle battery?
A: No. The output power is only 5 volts. Less than half the voltage of a car battery.

A: Does it stored current for later use are it only charge when in the sun
Q: Will this power a regular size refrigerator
A: No. This charges a cell phone or a tablet. It has to be in direct sunlight for a few hours to get enough charge to fully charge a phone. The only way I know of to run a fridge without electricity is with a full size gas generator. I’m sure there are solar options but I’d want some kind of back up generator so your food doesn’t spoil if you have weeks of rain & little sunlight.
