Even though they sent me a used panel that has scratches.Even though I ordered a new one. They sent me a used one.I talked to bestbuy custumer service and they gave me 10% off. They were so helpful. I give this product 4 stars just because of the scratches and the charging cables. They sent me a pnael that has scrstches over the blue leather and the panel itself. They provide 2 old USB cables. The cables charging heads were too old. The USB cables were type A. It would be better if they have provided the type C cables The panel works very well! That's why I gave it 4 stars.

I live ‘off the grid’ and this little panel charges my Bluetooth, speaker, my cell phone, my ipod, my rechargeable fan, my Skull Candy headphones, and all my other devices.? It is surprisingly powerful and you can fold this puppy up and backpack with it. No matter where you are, power for your devices is always available during the day........and it’s FREE!!! Leave only footprints, and no carbon behind!!!! I LOVE this little ‘green companion!’ I often think of the simplicity of solar. And while our long ago ancestors used it to their advantage, today we can utilize it to help save our planet. I live on 2-100 watt solar panels, and this Renogy 21 Watt tri-fold is the perfect compliment to my ‘green life!’

We bought this to take on hiking/camping trips to charge phones. It packs well and will get some good use this summer. I have only charged my phone to date and it worked as described, can't wait to put it to the test with two phones at once. Great price so I am happy to have something solar to use in a pinch and that fits in the laptop sleeve of the backpack.

This item was not what I expected and has been returned. I was under the impression that it stored solar power. For example, that I let it sit in full sun, then later in the evening, I could charge my device. In reality, my device needed to be connected while in the sun, but I actually lost battery power while this was connected. I tried it for several days and in full sun. Also, the price had dropped $20 since I had first looked at the item, so I thought I was getting a deal, but it appeared to have been a used item. The packaging was nice and tight, but the area where I plugged the usb to charge my device was scratched a good bit and definitely looked used. I didn't want to purchase an open box item.

If you are going somewhere that doesn’t have electricity, has adequate sunlight and you’ll have enough time & space to unfold this & let it charge, this product could be a life saver by allowing you to charge your cell phone & call for help. Or a boredom saver by allowing your kids to charge their tablets. I bought this to use when I’m too hurried to wait on my phone to charge fully. That wasn’t a good use for it. I returned this because it was so big. It took up 1/2 of my dashboard when it was unfolded. It needs to be unfolded to get the sun’s rays. It wasn’t practical for me to leave it unfolded for hours so it could charge. I couldn’t drive with it sliding all over my dashboard. It stays overcast in our city a lot so sitting it on the seat in my car wasn’t giving it enough sunlight.

This is an awesome device it kept our phones and electronics charged nicely as we travel. Glad we purchased this item

Neat little idea. I charged my phone on the solar panel with no problem. Great for camping trips, etc

Not bad charging wise,very portable and can take with you easily camping or fishing or whatever.

We placed it in the sun and charged our cell phones. It worked great so now we are ready for hurricane season.

We bought this solar charger for use at the beach. It works great for use with phones and tablets. Very durable and easy to use. Have had no issues at all. Bought this item on sale and will be purchasing a second so we can keep one in each car.

Good idea, not sure that it has enough kick to do what it claims

I use this a lot. Always packed and ready to go. Very convenient and easy to use. Just open flaps let sun hit it and connect. It’s that easy. Fits in a backpack, duffel bag, glove compartment

It doesn't really charge my phone. I plug my phone to charge while under sun but it manage to lose battery while I am talking on the phone.

Must use in direct sunlight. Shade, not so much. Works Best charging one item.

It really absorbs the uv light and gives a constant voltage to charge my devices. Excellent performance especially for the price!

Product isn’t worth the price I’d recommend buying something of higher quality

This portable solar panel works great. It charged my devices very quickly. I can't wait to use it in the field.

Extremely small. It does the job, but the power is not there.
