The features of this oven made me a good cook
The bella PRO - DoubleUp Oven delivered what I didn’t know I needed and I’m very thankful. Reheating pizza, french fries, and cooking prime rib are all challenging exercises with normal ovens. The oven is slightly larger than a normal oven but provides two separate cook areas. One area is effectively an air fryer and the other a standard oven. Reheating crispy foods and cooking delicate foods with different heating techniques, which are delivered by this oven was a welcome surprise. The reheat mode is at 250°. I had been reheating at 350-400 degrees and drying out the food. This oven knows better. It has different settings for different types of applying heat to food in measured amounts with or without convection air movement and with a temperature probe to catch steaks and prime rib at the moment of perfection. The "synchronized done" feature delivers food prepared at different time/temp settings to be completed at the same moment. This oven makes a good cook out of me.

Non-intuitive, slow and and low heat
My Cuisinart toaster oven died so I decided my next purchase would be a double oven like this one. It was on sale and got decent reviews so I bought it to get a quick replacement. To my surprise, this oven didn’t work anything like my Cuisinart or any other toaster oven I’ve never had before. It has to preheat, which takes several minutes. And then the menu only has a few options that are push button. The other ones you have to keep hitting the menu button to select a different mode. It’s weird because all the buttons look similar so you think they’d all be pushed buttons, but they’re not. So it makes it very difficult to get the oven started quickly. I’ve learned that the quickest way to operate this oven is to pick the mood first start it, and then set the settings. Once the settings are set don’t touch any buttons because that will either stop it or shut it off. I’ve really had to retrain my brain on how to use a toaster oven because I’m too stubborn to return it, and it does look nice in my kitchen. The other somewhat questionable feature is that the heat settings seem to be about 50° lower than my old oven. For example I would cook french fries on 350 for 20 minutes in my Cuisinart but in this oven I gotta put it on 400 at least and at least 22 minutes to get it almost golden brown. If I put my Cuisinart on 400 for even 15 minutes, my french fries would turn to dust. I’m not sure if this is the way an oven is supposed to be behave? Maybe I’m just used to single ovens in the way they work? I just love the idea of being able to put in a pizza and french fries at the same time even if it takes a little longer than my old oven because it’s better than having to put a pizza in then wait for the french fries to be done after that. I think that if all the buttons were pushed button and that if it didn’t have this extended, preheat issue, it would be a lot easier to work, and I would give more stars. The other thing I noticed is that this oven leaves little room for hands to get to grab something so you have to make sure you have oven mitts on. It’s a very tiny working space and you can get burned… maybe just a side effect of a small double oven. If I had young kids, I would be concerned. My Cuisinart would shut off if the oven door opened, but this oven just keeps going. Bottom line is, for me, this will do the job, but I am disappointed that it’s not more , easier and safer to use.

So far so good
Have only had it a short time but so far i like it! Ive used the top oven more as im new to air fryer tech, but ill find something to use it on. Despite the shorter space, nothing burns on the top like i was nervous would happen. The bottom oven is louder than the top, im assuming just because its convection. Only “con” would be the pans it comes with are kind of useless with the design on it, and it would make sense for it to come with 2 crumb trays but it only comes with 1.
