I Think if you pre-order the game it came with a steel book case

Yes, it was exclusive to Best Buy, if I'm not mistaken. I got one. They give you the regular case and then also the steelbox separately, so you end up with 2 cases. The steelbook is nice though.

Yes. Same steel book for the regular edition. Mentions it in specs with the DLC.
