Hello! Yes, the through the GPS logger, it will be able to keep track of the speed you are traveling at.

With the GPS antenna (integrated with the cigarette lighter cord), yes. Speed/location data is transposed in the recordings. If you use the $30 Best Buy harness for power, then no. It does not have the GPS antenna. If you contact Rexing, they directly sell a hardware harness, WITH the integrated GPS antenna, for $40. That extra $10 gives you Parking Monitor ability AND GPS data. Best of both worlds.
