The 2 side cameras are moveable to where you can have them facing any direction you would like; from facing in the cabin to the sides or to the front out of the windshield. You can also have 1 side camera facing in the cabin and the other side camera facing in a different direction. We set ours up to face towards the Driver side window and Passenger side window, since we have the front and rear cameras and not facing the people inside the car.
