Yes, when your vehicle is turned on, plugged in via the 12v dc charger or hardwire kit, the camera will constantly show either; all four channels simultaneously, you can pick a channel to view solely in the camera screen, and it also has a handy screen saver option to display speed/date, etc. The camera does not remain on after the vehicle is turned off. When on hardwire connection, the display goes into what you might call a rest state, assuming parking monitor is on and it’s not just outright losing power from another cause.
