“From my understanding, this will save recordings and when you need to access or transfer a video wireless through the app and phone this device has to be connected to wifi? How do you connect it to wifi? Do you disassemble and bring to your router?”

The WiFi connection is an absolute nightmare. It takes forever to connect and if your vehicle has apple car play or android it will adapt to that first. So far I’m not happy with the Rexing brand. For all that money there shouldn’t be issues with this new unit. The Rexing app sucks.
