• Hello! It heavily depends on which hardwire kit you have but as long as it is a mini usb one, it should work! Please look at our installation video or get it professionally installed if you are interested in hardwiring your dashcam.

• I think you could connect via the hardwire kit. But may not have power to record incidents that occur when you are away from the vehicle.
