“Coming from a RIG 400 Pro, I got these thinking they would be an upgrade. However, while the audio is much better, the microphone quality is much worse. Is anyone else having this issue? My friends can hear me just fine but the 400's had a much better mic”

yes, has to be closer to your mouth. its annoying....
