BTW I was trying to fix 900 Max. They have a tiny power reset button under the right cup, use a needle, and it reset was able to power on.

There are a couple of things you could try to fix this issue: First, please try using a different micro-USB Cable and AC power adapter to isolate the cause of the issue. You might also try the following procedure: Set the Power-switch to the "ON" position. Connect the headset to the charger using a power-source with 5V output. The headset should cycle through the "power on/power off" voice prompts and showcase an indicator light soon after. We recommend to let the headset charge for 4 hours afterwards. If the headset is unresponsive, disconnect it from the charger, move the power-switch to the "off" position and attempt to power-on. If the issue persists, please return the product to the place of purchase. Please note this model comes with a one-year warranty from date of purchase. Please try again later.Hi, i bought my rig 800 hx/lx last friday and i have the same problem. the wireless box is connected an regognized by my xbox but the headset pairing button doesnt glow blue or red at all... even if i hold it up for a few seconds... nothing! i hope i get a respond aswell... thanks for your question!
