Just bought a pair an hour ago. I can't charge them at all, the light doesn't even go red. I have tried using my laptop, the Xbox and a phone charger with three different cords which all work on other devices and nothing. I'm super mad.

Returned for another pair of the same exact rigs and once again same issue looks like another return in the making even tried leaving them charge on a cellphone charger for 2 days and I have nothing. Extremely frustrated.

Please try again later.Hi Tmorse1211 I had a similar problem as I got a pair for Christmas last year and they worked for about 4 months and then wouldn’t except charge so I went and got a new pair that had the same problem as stated and the way I fixed it is plug it in to charge into a PowerPoint and hold the power switch up until it beeps and starts to do its thing. this fixed mine and they have worked ever since Hope this help. - derpdude001
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Are you using a vertical game stand with usb ports or anything simular to charge the headset? For best results, charge them with a phone charger using the cable that the headset came with. This headset needs real juice for some reason, but it really isn't a big deal. I use a power surge with a usb port that's placed in back of my tv stand and run my cable, nice and neat, out to the place where I set my headset. Problem solved. If that doesn't work then your headset is defective.

First I tested with a mobilephone's charging adapter with the headset's box cabel. After the second time I charged with another cable from my laptop's usb port. It's a good thing this headset still running 24 hours, but every time between two charge I need to wait more, when I could test the charging time again.

Please try again later.So I was having the same problem it wouldn’t turn on or anything just now but what I tried actually worked and I plugged the charging port in and held the power button and also the mute button too I don’t know if that made a difference but it went from not even charging or the red light turning on to it being completely on

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sadly the RIG 800HS doesn't include a Power Adapter... they were ahead of Apple on this one. Certain devices require a certain number of amps to charge fast. I used a Super Charge/Quick Charge/ Fast Charge power adapter and it fully charges within 4 Hours and 30 Minutes from Battery Low. on regular power USB charger, it takes a long time to charge over 8 hours. Most phones these days still include a fast charger
