Hi Rosa, Great question! As long as your Ring Alarm is located in the United States and online, then you should be able to monitor the device from anywhere. However, please do note that this might vary depending on cell tower signals in South America. I would suggest checking with your phone carrier as it pertains to data usage. Hope this helps!
