Hello Anna, Great question! Yes, the Ring Smartlight Spotlight can be installed on concrete. Please see the following instructions: Hold the mounting plate firmly against the surface and drive the three mounting screws. If installing on a masonry surface, use the mounting plate as a template to mark pilot holes, making sure the “up” arrow is pointing upward. Then drill the holes and insert the anchors. Insert your Spotlight back into the base at your chosen angle and tighten the locking screw. To adjust the vertical angle, loosen the side screw, rotate to the desired position, and tighten the screw.
