Yes, you can Up the volume of your time. Go to your Ring app and tap on the three bars in the left-hand corner. Pick devices and then pick chime. Click on audio settings and you will see or you can turn the sound up and down. Also, you can set what type ringtone you want. Hope this helps. Steve

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.That's what we did. Because of distance, closed interior door, and noise, one chime wasn't enough, and the second one integrated into the network immediately.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Go into the app click on chime device, then go to audio settings select the tones and there is a volume button on the top you can turn it up on there. I would also test out tones some are louder than others.
