“I installed a hard wire floodlight with Camera for my back deck. For some reason, my light will come on during the knight or even early evening all by itself. I would think if the motion is detecting movement, my chime would activate. The flood comes on”

It is either picking up your chime or the noise. My hummingbird feeder swaying sets mine off sometimes.
