In your ring app go to your dashboard setting...in the top corner of your flood light display click on the settings button...check your settings turn off the light settings or click the motion settings and change it there
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the same issue. I don’t think you can adjust it. I set the motion sensitivity to the lowest setting and adjusted the zone setting to cover only the area that I wanted and YET the lights always come one whenever a car passes by on the street.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Every motion event will activate light in order to prevent missed events. They rather have it over sensitive instead of a missed event. Did my homework on this, unfortunately or fortunately this is what it is.
