Hi JOHNMac. Thank you for reaching out. After setting up a device, you will automatically be assigned the owner-user role. As the owner, you can grant additional users access to the device by making them shared users. Visit our support center for more information. Other tenants would not have access to the images unless you granted them Shared User access to the device. As an Account Owner, you can share access to friends, family, neighbors or whoever you want for specific Ring devices. These are called Shared Users. When you successfully add a Shared User, this person will receive an email notification that they can accept when signed in to their Ring account. This way, the Account Owner will never need to share their password with anyone.
