I understand the camera runs on Android or IOS but will it run on a Windows system? I am installing it at my 85 yr old mother's house, she has a Windows based PC, having her use a SMART phone or tablet is not an option. Thanks null

Just log onto the Ring website and she can view it from her computer. I do it all the time if someone knocks on the door while I’m working.

There’s a app on the windows store you can use.. also Alexa connect to it so you can set it up for every time it catches movement. It announces and it will show you what it’s looking at.. gotta buy the Alexa with the screen tho .. easy to set up..

Hi DeadHead. A smartphone or tablet is required to perform the setup of the Floodlight Cam, as you cannot set up a new device on a computer. Once the device is setup, you can access almost all of the features and settings for the Floodlight Cam via Ring.com.
