No it needs to be installed by electrician to nearest power outlet. But well worth the Cost of @ $125. We now have several on my street, We have noticed a lot less traffic and no thiefts that I know of. $3 per month per device to have ring monitor as well as see from your phone.

No, however DIY installation of your Ring Floodlight Camera Wired Plus is intended to be a relatively easy process. However, as the Floodlight Camera requires a junction box as well as wiring up live wires, it's recommended you hire a licensed electrician to install the Floodlight Cam. The Ring Floodlight Cam should be connected to a 100 VAC~240 VAC 50/60 Hz power source.
