Yes, we do. Set uo zones on camera, and elertd on your phone. If you had a ring doirbell, it would actually show them leaving and alert you, as well.

So if you keep notifications “on” inside the dwelling and rename the camera so you know which is which. The notification sends directly to the phone and the others inside the house will not be notified. That’s all considering that the others are not connected to the app on their phone.

The only alerts that it gives are via the app if it’s set up and a small blue light pops on to indicate that it’s active, but you’d have to look at the camera to know it’s going.

Please try again later.Yes absolutely we use ours as a doggie cam that monitors the room that he stays in. it notifies us on our phone when he gets to moving around - it’s also facing the doorway so we can see if someone comes to the door it would work the same way for cognitively in haired elderly person there’s nothing in the room that’s notifying them that you are monitoring them but you also have the capability to actually turn your microphone on and speak into that room and they can hear you through the monitor so when our dog gets restless and starts doing things he shouldn’t be doing we can actually watch him and speak to him. Thanks to your question I’m going to call a friend and recommend he puts it in his house for his dad.
