• Yes it will work but you need to be at home for it to work continuously once your way from home your internet goes with you so there won't be any internet at home but if you get Wi-Fi at home it streams through your phone you can connect

• You can connect to your phone, but would always have to be near the camera to work. If you would go away it wouldn't work.
