Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I need to know, this answer, as well. My camera has been hacked. It was also dismantled by maintenance workers. I live in a Senior residence. I have notified the local officers, several times, no one has come.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I use my iPhone and iPad. Just down load the ring app and sign in with your account info and you get notifications when there is activity on your camera. You click on the notification and wait for it to download and you get to see the video of the event. Also, if you just want to check yourself to see if everything is ok, just change to "live mode" and you can see what is happening at any time you want. I just installed and so far I think they're great. I bought several of the small wired for $59-/each and one of the wireless that was on sale for $99-/each. I found that there are some places that you want to use one, but there is no outlet available. Try it, I think you'll find them easy to use and a comfort knowing you can check in any time. I also have the ring doorbell and am thinking the spotlight cam.
