How many hours of recording in one week? null

How can I possibly answer this question since I didn’t even receive the item yet. I ordered it on 9/30 and was told it would be shipped on 10/4 and then rcvd another email 3 minutes later that it’s delayed and then no communication until 10/26 that it will be shipped on 11/1. The charge continues to appear on my credit card as pending and then all of a sudden a second charge appears. Let’s get with it Best Buy. What’s going on? And now you want me to review something that I didn’t even receive?
