Have you considered adding a "wi-fi range extender" between your router and the camera?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sound is horrible on mine. Not useful, at all, for communicating. It's garbled and skips. Friends have the same issue. It's okay for hearing what's going on in the room, but not for any type of conversation.

This can be caused by either a poor connection between your mobile device and the cloud, or a connectivity problem between the Ring device and your Router. If you are experiencing poor video or audio quality when viewing both the live and recorded video in the Ring application, the problem is almost always some sort of wifi issue like signal or data loss. In rare cases, however, this can be caused by settings in your router. This article will provide several possible solutions that involve adjusting various router settings: https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360023556192-Fixing-Poor-Audio-Video-Quality-by-Adjusting-Your-Router. For any additional questions or information, please feel free to reach out on our community forum at https://community.ring.com/. Thank you, Alexis with Ring
