You may or may not be able to split the screen. But what you can and should do, is give each camera a specific name, when you set them up. Thus, for example, you say to Alexa, "Alexa, show me the Kid's room." Then the echo show will show that camera live. If you want to see another camera, you say, "Alexa stop." Then say "Alexa show me the X camera, etc.

To accomplish this, you’ll need to add Ring as a skill in your Alexa app. As a result, you’ll be able to direct your Ring device(s) with voice commands, as well as watch live videos from them if you have an Echo Show or Echo Spot. Here is a helpful article about the Ring Skill integration with Echo Show: https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360031246432-Using-Alexa-to-control-your-Ring-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-.
