• If power is out, no back up. I use Ring home alarm... which has a battery and cellular backup to protect the inside of my home.

• Unfortunately there is no back up for any cloud based camera. ARLO has a WiFi/cellular cam that uses batteries I believe.

• correct, if it's not on the network, it won't back anything up. you'd want a product that has on-board storage instead.
