• According to Best Buy's website, the indoor camera can operate down to 23 degrees F or up to 113 degrees. If that isn't good enough for you, consider the indoor/outdoor camera which is good down to -5 degrees.

• Shouldn't be, a lot of cameras are designed to operate in as cold as -5 degrees F
