• You could use this in a car port, however, it is not a rechargeable battery, you need to be by an outlet to be able to plug it in.

• I believe its indoor only you can try it but the humidity would probably kill it

• I would say no due to weather and moisture. Get a ring outdoor spotlight camera. they can be run on a rechargeable battery or hard wired. They are meant for outdoor.
