Does this camera have a light on the front of it when it is on? And, if so can you turn it off and the camera still be on/work? null

Yes, if we're talking about the same thing... Now, the light only comes on when is recording which i found annoying because you wanna be discreet about it. Soooo... what i did was to purchase a black vinyl decal sheet (@michaels) cut out a tiny square and place it on the camera where the light is :) and now you have a camera that is recording without anyone having to notice. Oh and the light doesn't go through, which means you can't even notice it at night. Beware that ring's service is down most of the time (lately) and not sure if it records when is down.

Camera has constant blue light and red light when recording. Put tape over light if it bothers you.
