Yes. It comes back on with power. If you are concerned about power loss, you can purchase the model with inside rechargeable battery.

Loss of WiFi will result in a “camera offline” message on the thumbnail camera you’re trying to view. That lets you know you’ll have to reconnect the camera or wait for WiFi to restore.

Hello Ringgo,

If you temporarily lose power and/or your wifi network stops working, the Ring Indoor Camera will fall offline. Without a solid wifi connection all Ring Doorbells and Cameras will not able to detect and notify you of activity. Once you have confirmed your power and/or wifi network is restored the Ring Indoor Camera should automatically reconnect to your network. In the instance it does not auto-connect, you can easily reconnect it via the Ring app. The link below will detail the steps you will need to take to manually reconnect your Ring Camera.
