Hi Kate. Good question. If your Ring device loses power or gets disconnected from wifi, you'll see a red icon on your Device Dashboard in the Ring app, letting you know your device needs attention. You can tap the red icon and follow the instructions on the error screen to help you troubleshoot your issue. Visit our support center for more information.
