“Does it mount with screws included or is the only choice to rely on the sticky surface when you place it? I want to hang it from the bottom of a 2nd story planter box.”

• there is no sticky bottom.... you would either screw the base onto something flat while the base is at the bottom.... or you can move the base to the back and screw the base into a wall, fence or whatever. screws and anchors are included.
