Performing setup 5 ft from router, ASUS AC3100. Gigabit internet connection. WiFi signal is very good, never an issue with any other device. There must be some setting in the 2.4 ghz band I haven’t found yet.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Could be in a WiFi dead spot. Is something blocking the WiFi signal. Try positioning it closer to the router as a test. THEN If it cant locate the signal I would suspect its is defective. Take it back to the store and let the Geek Squad check it.
