• Not sure. I have WiFi with an extender and My connection is still spotty. It all depends on distance from the router. I would contact Ring to answer your question.

• This is strictly my opinion and not an official answer.I believe it would work If your cell phone With unlimited internet access specifically has Unlimted data on a “personal hotspot”. This would allow your phone to provide WiFi to your home. Check with your wireless phone carrier to confirm.
