Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi there, It's possible that you have a Motion Schedule programmed on your camera. While active, a Motion Schedule will prevent the camera from detection motion at certain times, hence muting the Chime. We'd love to help investigate this further and help find a solution.
