“I have a modem/router for my wireless internet svc with both 2.4 and 5G on it, the camera will not connect to the Wi Fi because of this... How do I block the 5G to be able to use the camera on 2.4?”

Some internet companies have two bands 2.4 and 5 g unfortunately for us now we only have 5 g if it’s 2.4 and you are like us you need a 5 g camera there is no other way
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.you should be able to chose the 2.4 ghz channel to connect to the camera. Though you may need to reset the camera first to get it to connect (I had to do that with mine and it works fine....and I have the dual WIFI router as well).
