• When I bought mine, the salesperson did the transaction and then I asked him about the free amazon echo, he did not know, he checked the promo and had to bring the amazon echo and did the transaction again scanning the echo, and then the camera, automatically the price of the amazon echo went to $0. I think you need to tell them about the promo.

• You should have gotten an echo dot if you purchased the 3rd generation indoor/ outdoor stick up cam.. Not the indoor only($59.99 value)
