  • QuestionDoes this camera have a port for an SD card for storage ?

    Asked by Mimi.

    • Answer Hello Mimi, No, Ring Stick Up Cam does not have a SD card slot. However Ring Edge enables storing and processing the video captured on your Ring Device within your local system rather than in the cloud. Ring Alarm Pro(sold separately) has the capability of processing your videos right on your device and storing them on a MicroSD card inserted into the Ring Alarm Pro. In addition to Ring Alarm Pro, in order to take advantage of this feature you will need a MicroSD card and a Ring Protect Plan. • Questionwe have ring doorbell camera's (2), both set on mine and my wife's phone. Want this camera to set up in MIL's Assisted Living room, will that link to our current account?

    Asked by ta.

    • Answer I bought the ring doorbell camera first and loved it. Then I purchased an outdoor cam followed by an indoor cam. If they are all ring cams they will all be seen in the same ring app. It is also very easy to add more cameras assuming they are Ring Cameras. I hope this helps

  • QuestionHow long do the batteries last and what kind of battery do they use?

    Asked by Anonymous.

    • Answer The battery life depends on the settings that you have it on. If you set the camera to where it records frequently and has a longer record time, then your battery will die faster. If you set it to the recommended settings as put forth by ring, then your battery should last about 2 months. The battery comes with it and is rechargeable.
