QuestionWhy is it my three Ring Stick up camera won’t connect to the internet? I tried every set up in the manual and tried to connect to the other internet connection but still couldn’t complete the set-up. What should I do?

- Answer I ran into the same issue it all depends on where you mount it. You more than likely need a wifi extender for range for example my office is in my basement and it does not connect very well outside of these concrete walls. I got the wifi extender and the issue was gone.

- Answer Hi Kingmike. Good question. The Ring Stick Up Cam Battery device uses a Ring Quick-Release Battery Pack that must be removed for recharging. To charge it, use a common micro-USB cable, such as the orange one included in your Ring box. Simply plug it into any USB power source. The battery can take around 5–10 hours to fully charge, depending on whether the USB cable is plugged into a USB port or a wall outlet. If you do not want to have to remove the battery for charging, you can opt for the solar or plug-in variations of the Ring Stick Up Cam. Visit our support center for more information. - Answer It can but without anti glare window or camera film you can only see during the day. At night, you can’t see nothing but lights without lighting you can’t see nothing. I’d recommend using outdoor camera. I know people who uses theirs on front porch & it works fine. It’s indoor camera.
