“Why is it my three Ring Stick up camera won’t connect to the internet? I tried every set up in the manual and tried to connect to the other internet connection but still couldn’t complete the set-up. What should I do?”

I ran into the same issue it all depends on where you mount it. You more than likely need a wifi extender for range for example my office is in my basement and it does not connect very well outside of these concrete walls. I got the wifi extender and the issue was gone.

If you're receiving a 'setup did not complete' message and cannot finish setup, your Ring device may be too far from your wifi router.
