• Hello LARL, The Solar Panel would work to power this device but Ring security cameras require high speed wifi internet to perform properly. Without wifi, you will not receive motion notifications or be able to stream videos on your device. • You will have no visibility if there’s no WiFi available. The solar panel only keeps the battery charged. Hope this helps.
