Thank you for taking the time to ask this question. The Ring Quick Release Rechargeable Battery takes up to 10 hours to fully charge. This can vary on whether the USB cable is plugged into a USB port or a wall outlet. While charging, both lights will be lit on the battery. You’ll know charging is complete when only one light on the battery is lit.
