A:Answerit honestly depends on how much movement you have going on. I personally have to change them out after about a month and a half. mind you i have a big family who is constantly in and out of the house all day long and at different times during the day.
A:AnswerMine only lasts 1-2 weeks on my inside cam. Very disappointing when Ring says 6-12 months! Can’t really tighten the zones much as it covers a 15 ft area. Plus what good is it if you can’t capture all the motion?
A:AnswerHi Kathy,
Great question.
Yes, this battery pack works for both the Ring Video Doorbell 2 and Spotlight Cam.

A:AnswerYou can wire this to your current doorbell transformer (the two wires that go to the button outside) and it will keep the battery fully charged. You cannot hook the doorbell to line voltage. Bad things will happen.
A:AnswerHello DeeJay.
Great question! No, the Ring Lithium-ion Battery will not fit in or power the Ring Solar Pathlight. The Ring Solar Pathlight takes a 3.7V 18650 Lithium-Ion Rechargeable Battery. It can be recharged via the included Micro USB cord. A:AnswerHi maria.
Great question! When the battery in one of your battery-operated Ring cameras or doorbells falls below a 30% charge, your Ring app will warn you with a low battery notification. This notification can be found in three different places within the app: You’ll receive a low battery message similar to the motion notices you currently receive. You’ll see a red "low battery" icon on your device dashboard. You’ll see a red dot that opens into a "battery tip" on your event timeline.

A:AnswerHello La,
During charging both the red and green lights will light up. Your battery is fully charged when the light on the battery shines a solid green.
